Very helpful advice from appliance and electrical services. My 15-year-old Miele Fridge freezer was failing to maintain -20° and I was advised that the likely cost of repairs was in the order of £400 which meant it was probably better to scrap the appliance and buy new.

Could not fault the service. Made a call in the morning and was with me in the afternoon. Took his shoes off. Fixed the problem and he left. I’d recommend him to anyone.
